• Journey to Justice's first project

• a multi-media travelling exhibition focused on the US civil rights movement and its links with the UK

• it is  a dynamic mix of photos, music, poetry, art, films and audio, and interactive features and installations

​

• using a series of 'bus stops' and placards, the CRTE tells the stories of some of the less well-known people in the movement - but without whom it would not have happened - people like 'us'

​

• the CRTE examines what leads people to become and stay active in campaigns and what makes a human rights movement succeed

​

• there is also always a section telling several local stories for justice to be chosen by a team who knows the area
